Your Team lead/Cluster lead can reset your password through Customization -> Change User Password menu.
Your role in Magnus is synced from Scriptorium, If you find your role is not correct, kindly check your role in Scriptorium / with HR, once it has been changed correctly in Scriptorium it will be updated in Magnus shortly.
Check whether you are using the correct Username/Password, if you forgot your Username/Password inform your Team lead / Cluster lead so that they can find and provide you the login credentials through their Customization - Users menu

If you are seeing the below message, check whether you have submitted the previous file. If you are completed the file and still it is showing the same error message, kindly ask your Team lead/Cluster lead to release the locked file by using the Unlock option in the Project bin.

Unlock option is to release a file to another user, Team Lead/Cluster lead can unlock the file by selecting the file in the project bin and click the unlock button and they can assign it to another user.
Force close option is to release a file and close the current stage/activity and make the file available in next stage/activity. You can force close the file by selecting the file and click the force close button in the Project bin.
If you see the error message "file handler not running", kindly contact the Team Lead/IT team to setup the file handler to resolve the issue.

File handler itself having the auto update feature, it will automatically update in background on its own whenever there is a new update.
If you are seeing the loading screen for too long time and if there is no response from Magnus Interface, kindly restart the browser by clearing the browser cache and try submitting again, if you still face the same issue kindly file a ticket in our Support system.
